Zero Quality Control and Rude Support - Don't waste your money Please do not buy this product. The "3-Year Warranty" is completely misleading. I received a defective unit with a damaged base. For the past month, I have tried to get this resolved professionally. Instead of offering a replacement or a refund, the seller refused to honor the warranty. Their behavior on the phone was shocking; they told me directly that they "don't care" if I complain. It feels like a scam to sell low-quality products with a fake warranty promise. Amazon should ban this seller for their unethical business practices.

Very comfortable I am using this chair past one year. Highly recommend this chair for office use. Even though u work hours infront of your laptop you never felt any back pains.

Product is too good..but unfortunately I received dmage product value for money you can by and please remove the polythene packing to see damage on the point and replace it I don't want to replace but it's damge
