My boys love this truck! It is fast and the dump feature is awesome. I had issues about 3 months into having it and reached out customer service. They trouble shot with me. After replacing multiple things, they ended up sending me another. Overall, great customer service!

The vehicle worked great for a few months, but then it quit working all together and would not move or go into gear. The customer service was incredible they sent a replacement part it did not work, but they sent a replacement vehicle in the mail. I am very impressed with the customer service.

Kids love this. Holds two very comfortably. Goes good across grass. Nice to have adult remote for younger ones driving.

Worked about 2 times then all of a sudden no power to the wheels when you press the gas pedal or use the remote. Lights, sounds and dump action all work but the car will not drive anymore. Cannot find any useful information about the warranty. I have messaged the seller so we will see where that goes but this might be a big waste of money or I get to spend hours trying to fix it with a voltmeter and tearing it apart.

Son loves it!!! Great size for my 3 year old. My 6 year old can even sit comfortably in it. Very fun for them.

Our son loves this! We didn't receive the remote with it but I contacted the customer service and they are sending me a new one! They are great and super easy get a hold of. Great product for the kiddos too!

This truck was a hit with the family and was given as an early birthday gift. Very impressed with functionality, speed and capability. The leg space is pretty small so kids 5 & up might have problems fitting in. The seat belts need to be redesigned as they don't set right in the shoulder and not long enough to adjust the fit when wearing a winter coat. Our unit had a broken screw post and several screws missing from the undercarriage. The front steering mechanism was jammed up and took time to fix. How the steering column works with the steering mechanism could be improved as it rattles when you turn the wheel.

This was hard to put together but it is an amazing ride on. My FIVE year old fits in it perfectly and he just rides around the yard all day. Such a great gift

Does not drive through a standard door so a little tricky, but once its outside, best electric kids car you could get. Amazing battery life, over 3 hours and it was still going.

There are no option for NO star. The whole product has false informations and pictures on their post. I have to paid USD$200 for the shipping cost to return, if you have 2 young kids, it won't fit, my kids are 1 and 4, and they are small size. You will NOT get the refund of the shipping cost. Which means i paid USD$200 for nothing. DON'T waste your money. This is a scam!

Loved it! Little tough releasing lock on bumper but he loved it. Took his 2 year brother for a drive also.
