Dark and Fetish Art

get this before it becomes 'currenntly unavailable'!
I have always been into the more darker deviant and decadent art /sculpture/photography as well as the classics/contemporary forms but this is definitely a welcome addition to my bookshelves. Herein lie my favourites - Ray Caesar, John Santerineross, Nicoletta Ceccoli, Daria Endresen & Alex Gross to name-drop a few, along with many I have never heard of! (and some surprisingly missed out . . Nathalie Shau, Annie Bertram and Aunia Kahn; conspicuous by their absence!!)A veritable cornucopia of images to delight, disturb and relish. Worth every penny of the outlay and hopefully there will be another volume along soon.As the other reviewer noted, not for the faint hearted, easily offended or squeamish . . . !!

Glass half empty.
Well presented and produced book. However, I'm reluctantly critical on one point; it is SERIOUSLY lacking in terms of gender representation, as there are probably only a handful examples of exploration of the male form in this book. For a 'collection' it's disappointing that more inclusive effort wasn't made.It offers nothing new, really. Not as dark or progressive as it tries to be.
