This was a great addition for a small photo shoot. Going to purchase another one in the future, but instructions were definitely lacking and confusing for a second until I was able to figure it out. Small enough to store in a small apartment. Adjusting it is self explanatory and smooth, not too heavy. Decent quality for the price. Comes with a lightbulb.

The remote only works if you point it at the top of the bulb, close to it, without the cover on. The remote doesn't work if you have the cover on. Makes sense because the infrared from the remote gets diffused by the cover fabric and makes it hard for the sensor to pick up. Everything else is satisfactory for the price. Some would stay the stand is flimsy - but for under 50 bucks, what do you expect? It's a cheap light. It's reasonably bright and stands up on its own. That's it needs to do at this price point. That said, it would probably shake around a lot if you used it outside.
