My wife enjoys very much. It’s big enough for her side of the bed and take to living room and watch tv.

I ordered the throw size. Wish I had gone larger but the throw is larger than I expected and larger than most throws I own. I'm close to 6' tall and it can almost fully cover from toes to neck (ends about mid chest) The heating element on mine worked fine. Heated up in about 3-4 minutes to what seemed like a hot temp. It's summer as I test / review so I didn't give it a full night test, but seems like it would work quite well. The remote and cord are a bit of a pain. The cord isn't very long and the remote is large and clunky. Way larger than it should be imo. It falls off side of bed and the weight causes it to pull on the blanket The fleece is soft and the sherpa lining is even softer. This is a fair to good quality blanket on its own I am pleased with the results and I believe it will be a great addition for winter chills. There are a few drawbacks. One note, I got for about $20. I see much more expensive now. I think at $20 it is a steal. If you can get the throw size for under $30, I feel it is well worth the money. I recommend

I had a much more expensive electric blanket that I loved, however it only last a year and no longer heats so I ordered this one. I was so excited to actually find an electric blanket that wasn't in a dull neutral color so first round of kudos goes to the bright beautiful pink this comes in! Secondly it's super soft and cozy and easily makes for a comfortable blanket even when not in use. I love the fact that the heating wires aren't easily felt in this so it's easy to use it as a nice comfy cozy blanket without being turned on for heat. My biggest complaint and reason for only 4 stars is because the controller isn't exactly easy to understand the little bit of instructions that comes with this covers several different models of blankets and doesn't exactly explain how to use the timer function etc. I usaully just turn it on and use it as it is, and it will turn off automatically after around 8 hours so I can safely use it at night when sleeping. However it would be nice to know how to change the time etc. on this.

Right out of the packaging it was noticeable how soft this is. It heated up quickly and the temperature and timer controls were easy to use and intuitive. My son left it on high, in a pile, and it did get quite hot, to the point where I could smell a little "chemical" smell but no burning (don't try this at home kids). I really noticed how easily it was to feel the wires. You can always feel wires inside an electric blanket but I began to question just how well these wires were protected. This is just a throw so don't expect something that is going to cover your feet (unless you're a child). I did get a warning initially, so make sure to plug the cord into the blanket before plugging the cord into an outlet. The instructions actually reference different error codes which was helpful.
