The lab coat didn’t fit like i wanted but i made it work didn’t use wig

My daughter jumped on this in hopes of putting together her costume for this year—she's going to end up using parts of it, but, the overall total effect was just not all the way there.The coat is not meant as even fast fashion—it's fine, for a costume, and workable, but, not going to keep her warm. Our favorite component was definitely the flask—that's pretty nice quality and we're going to use it as a desktop vase after Halloween.The key piece for us was the wig, and that's where the whole was a bit less than we hoped. While it has decent elastic, and is more or less as shown, the cut is distinctly odd—it's almost too different hair cuts, one bob and one longer, married together. My daughter made it work only by giving it a judicious trim, removing elements of the top to leave a crude sort of layered shag—not exactly what she was after, but, at least it reads as a single style now!Good in a pinch; not what I'd go for if I wanted to impress.

I like the quality of this costume. The lab coat is particularly impressive for a costume.
