I bought this handbag in April and was initially very happy with the purchase. The design is beautiful – elegant, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for aesthetically. However, once I started using it, I noticed an unexpected issue: the metal parts on the handle squeak with every step I take.At first, I thought it was just a minor adjustment issue, but after a few uses, it became clear that the squeaking is consistent and quite noticeable, especially in quiet environments. It really takes away from the enjoyment of using the bag.It’s such a shame because it’s otherwise a lovely piece, but the noise is distracting and, frankly, a bit embarrassing. Avoid if you don't want to be squeaking as you walk.
