I absolutely loved this tank but it stopped working 5 months in. The water flow completely stopped working out of no where. For it to stop working so quickly it’s not worth the price.Originally gave them a lower rating but their customer support was 10/10! They helped me with my problem so I will definitely be buying from them again.

Bought this May 22, 2025 and here we are at September 11, 2025 and the whole lid - lights, thermometer, filter/pump has stopped working. Amazon gave me an email address to get help with the issue. Waiting on a return message. At first we liked the tank and felt it was a decent purchase given the cost. The top tends to come off on one side when you raise the lid. When this happens, you are forced to take the whole lid off and reseat the lid feet back into the tank at the same time so the lid sits level. I think this is an issue because the cords come out of the tank on that side which works the lid foot out when you raise it. When you are feeding your fish you have to be extra careful in raising the lid to keep it from coming off. To me, this is a negative for the tank. It gets the filter all knocked around and is just a hassle . It would be a nightmare if we had small children wanting to feed the fish. At lease we are all high school and older in our household. I will try and update once we see if they will replace the top or tank. Until then, I can only give it one star since we didn't even make it four months.

The glass quality is excellent, the pump is silent, and the color light creates a perfect atmosphere. Ideal for small spaces.

The media could not be loaded. Works great.. Good starter tank. Fish are thriving. Filter function is great, tank doesn’t get dirty quickly. Very quiet. The led lights looks pretty in the dark. Great quality for little money. My only complaint is I wish it was bigger and the instruction video was more detailed.

It’s perfect size for desktop. Love the displays. Very quiet and snap to set up

Tank was great at first, perfect size for my son’s beta fish birthday gift, and really cool with the changing light colors. But the tank died and stopped working less then a month after purchase, and I can’t return it because the fish is living in it. So now we’re out 50 bucks and have to purchase something else.

The tank quality is excellent- glass is super clear. It's a great size for a betta fish. The seller advertises that the lid easily comes off but it actually was quite tricky to remove and the first time I took it off, a hinge piece broke. Additionally if you are using it for a betta fish, even on the lowest flow setting the filter creates too much service movement and too strong a current for a tiny fish. Those can be turns off of course but then defeats the purpose of having the. Easy to clean as the filter becomes a water pump. The internal water thermometer is also very beneficial and the filter/air bubbler is quiet.

**UPDATE** - As soon as the window of opportunity closed for support the pump died ( 6 months) and could not request a replacement or refund. I was hee hawing on getting the built in humidifier upgrade but I’m glad I stayed with this one! So sad cuz I loved this tank.It was everything I wanted and I bundled with the filters which last longer with only 1 beta.The sound of the filter is soothing. I run low during the day and high at night.Low light at night high light during the day.Being able to look over and see the temp is a huge plus as well since I didn’t want to get a heater.I have yet to have to clean it but it comes with everything you need and easy to follow instructions.Make some blue and pink ones and you will have the perfect starter tank for kids as well!!
