I purchased this as I've recently had some little cherry angiomas appear on my torso. Upon opening, I noticed a white, lightweight device that was already fully charged. It had 2 needles, one for bigger moles/scars and the other is for smaller blemishes. The instructions were ok but I double checked by reading up on similar devices online as the English wasn't the best. I turned it on and noticed that there are 9 heat levels. I started at 2 but went up to 4 as found that was enough for what I wanted it to do. It caused a slight burn to the specific area that I tried but wasn't painful. Over the next couple of days, the area scabbed over then 6 days later, the scab fell off and the cherry angioma has gone! No scars are left and I'm very happy with the product. It is quick to charge using the USB cable that it comes with and was easy to clean. I think it's a fabulous and affordable device and does exactly what I intended it to do. Update: This device is still going strong. I've used it to zap away a couple of large freckles which took a couple of sessions but did the job!

Works well. Had a friend help, but it removed a large skin tag/wart with only the pain of a couple of paper cuts. Barely any bleeding afterwards. Also tried it on various moles with good effect. Definitely value for money.

I had a large raised mole on my neck, I went over it on number 3 setting and then a few mins later went over it again on number 9 and really blasted it. It has since gone from brown to pink and has lost half its size, I think one or two more treatments and it should be gone after 30 years.

Used on tags, you need to sweep tag left & right & it basically burns it off. Be careful not to touch skin around the tag. It's what the salons use, so really good value for money. Tags are gone in approx. 2 weeks
