Great vacuum for Bangalore homes with pets I bought the Tineco mainly because I have a long-haired Persian cat and my own long hair that used to clog every vacuum. This one handles both without any trouble. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and the cordless feature makes cleaning much simpler. Bangalore dust builds up fast, but this vacuum picks up fine dust, fur, and hair very efficiently. The different attachments work well for corners, sofas, and curtains. I actually enjoy using it because it gets the job done quickly and doesn’t feel like a chore. It is value for money which is a HUGE plus. If you have pets or deal with constant dust, this is a solid buy.

Wow! Just wow! This is the go to vacuum cleaner, wet mop cleaner. It has multiple attachments to clean tight spaces like window rails. The suction power is so good that once I dry vacuum the floor, the wet mopping is not even needed sometimes. The wet mopping removes all tough stains easily. The build quality is very supreme and it looks very stylish. The main thing is that this machine doesn’t need 15amps special plug. You can plug it in your normal 5 amps plug where you charge your phone. Noise level is very under control. It also has inbuilt self cleaning feature. Worth every penny!

I've been using the Tineco S5 Combo for a while, and overall, it does a great job. It’s convenient, easy to handle, and cleans efficiently on different surfaces. The suction and washing performance are impressive, leaving the floors spotless with minimal effort. The only downsides are the small water tank and the battery life, which could last a bit longer—especially for larger cleaning sessions. But apart from that, it works exactly as advertised and is definitely worth it for quick, everyday cleaning.

For the money, this is an excellent hard floor cleaner. Easy to use, fantastic clean, quiet and relatively straight forward to refresh, ready for the next clean. The only real difference I can see between this model and ones twice and three times more expensive, is the small gap along the edges. The S3 doesn't clean all the way to the skirting boards however, most of our wear & tare is in the middle of the hallways & rooms anyway. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a cordless wet & dry hard floor cleaner that really cleans. Five Stars

I bought Tineco Floor one S3 on 6 Jan 2023 from Amazon It was working perfectly until the error come after 4 month and I could not solve Error 1 clean dirty water tank which I did , but after I run autocycle cleaning, all water is left on the stand instead of dirty water tank (motor malfunction and need major spare part) Error 2 , please restart or contact costumer service Below is the message received from Amazon supplier The return button remains active between 30 - 50 days after the product order is created. Refunds cannot be made after this process. As we are a supplier, we cannot provide technical support. Asking us for help will not help you. Please contact the manufacturer or its technical service. We regret that we cannot be of further assistance. I wish you healthy days. Then I contact the manufacturer and ask them for technical service and unfortunately I received the below message: Thanks for your time and patience. According to the feedback from our support team, your machine was not purchased from our official channel. We feel sorry that your machine is out of our warranty range. According to the video you provided before, the problem is caused by the motor malfunction. We suggest you can try to contact the platform where you bought this from. Thank you very much for your understanding and support. Therefore, I recommend to buy directly from the manufacturer if you live in North America or Europe Otherwise, the machine will stop working after few month and you will waste your money

Guys, if you are on the fence on whether to buy this or not (especially with the price) just DO IT. I have been eyeing wet vacuums/mops for almost 4 years now, but could never justify spending the money. I finally took the plunge when it was $150 off for Black Friday and it was worth every penny. We have three pets; two long haired dogs, a cat, and a toddler. Combine the three of those in a smaller home and it’s a recipe for hair, dirt, and heaven knows what else everywhere. I use this vacuum every other day and I have never had such clean floors in my life. It 100% stands up to the pet hair (and we get a lot of it) and the mud and mess all of our “kids” track in. Our entire home has hardwood flooring and I use it everywhere with no issues. It has 2 modes. An auto mode where it detects mess and will turn up the suction and water/roller setting if it detects mess or debris, and a max mode. In Max mode it uses the highest water, suction and roller setting. This does cause the clean water tank to be used quickly, but this is really only used when there is a big mess or a hard to scrub area. I find the suction to work great. I don’t sweep beforehand so it gets ALL the debris. I do pick up anything large that I find and don’t try to vacuum that up (think the size of a piece of popcorn) so I haven’t tested that out, but I don’t think something that size would fit in the suction port by the roller. The front will leave a tiny space where it doesn’t get along the edges, but I just turn and run the side along the walls. When I do it that way I get a much tighter clean against the walls and it picks everything up no problem from the side. I think it does just fine getting more stuck on messes off the floor. If it doesn’t get it the first time, I just go over it slowly multiple times and even use my foot to put slight pressure on the roller. Works like a charm. You will need to remove some larger debris (like large chunks of pet hair) off of the roller when you’ve finished cleaning if it is too big to be suctioned up into the dirty water tank, BUT the self cleaning cycle does an amazing job of cleaning the mop. I only have to remove slightly larger debris every couple uses after the self cleaning cycle. To me the only small con is how small the cleaning solution bottle is and how expensive it is. I ran out of it, and have just been using water to clean my floors which works fine. If I notice a slight odor to the dirty water tank or roller, I just add a tablespoon of vinegar to the clean water tank and it removes the odor completely. I wouldn’t use anything other than vinegar or the original cleaning solution (it specifically says not to use any OTHER cleaner than the provided cleaning solution) because I would be worried about build up in the internal system. All in all, it was 100% worth the money. I have 0 complaints and find it so “fun” to use! Definitely get a dopamine rush every time I use it 😂
