What a great Idea! I love this little comb thing! I love the care free style of a simple ponytail but can find it redundant and a bit juvenile. The Ponilox adds a little class to an old favorite. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because Its a little big for my hair. I have very fine hair and it doesn't give as secure of a hold as Id like. If you have thick or even regular hair Im sure this would be a 5 star purchase for you! Just be aware, that if you have thin hair it may not be quite as secure as you may like. I can make it work with some volumizing and/or a bobby pin or 2 so I still wear it and do really like it and think anyone would like it. A great addition to any hair accessory collection!

I have A LOT of hair, so very thick in number, but it is very fine in texture. This comb and elastic doesn't stay in place unless I pull a bit of hair back and secure with an elastic band first. Then, the comb can go above the elastic band and will stay in place. Much prettier but not as practical as a different branc of twist holder I found at a local drug store. I wish I could find the other one again!

It's ok.....I have medium length hair. My hair is also medium thickness. I think once my hair is a few inches longer I'll appreciate this item more, but for now it gets a Meh....lol

This Ponilox is perfect, it is not bulky like the banana clips I have worn or hair barrettes that pop due to my thick hair. It is the best of both words.The Ponilox is very light weight so for the fine hair ladies you don't have to worry about this falling out your hair. I am wearing the Ponilox now and I don't even feel it on my head! I like that it does not stick out like a banana clip so you can rest your head in the car or on a chair. There are many different ways to wear this, and it came with instructions or you can use your imagination.Also the Ponilox has hardy thick teeth so you don’t have to worry about the comb breaking over time. The Ponilox uses elastic to stay in place, so you don’t have to worry about the metal like “traditional” hair clips on your hair. This was best hair purchase I have made this year.I would purchase again and this product will be my hair care staple. I have arm pit length hair and product fits nicely.

it didn't work on me. I think for the curl hair. I wish I could return it. For this money I spent, I am not happy with it.

Was looking for a simple french twist comb when I found this. I didn't really understand the difference when I ordered it but for the price thought it was worth a try.When I received it I did not understand that if you pull on the right side of the clip, it opens. Once I figured this out I have to say I love this item.When I use a regular french twist comb once my hair is up if I want to take it down my hair has creases and ratted ends from the comb. Not true with this comb. I can pull my hair up when I want it out of the way and then just let it down and have it look as nice as before pulling it up. The reason for this seems to be that with this comb you place the actual comb behind the ponytail and not through it. Then place the clip around the top of the ponytail. Done. So easy.

It is a cute idea but doesn't work well with my length of hair. My hair is long, to the bottom of my back and it just doesn't hold it.

Saw this on Amazon, so I bought one to test drive. Liked it so much, I came back and bought two of every color they had, just in case they quit making it! Really pleased with this product! I have "normal thickness" hair about to my shoulders. Not thinning, not fine, not the coarsest hair ever. I twist it up into a french twist, insert this, and let the ends "sprout" out the top. I have a neat and tidy look for work, which takes me literally seconds in the morning, and it stays secure all day. I can't even feel it in my hair. I can shake my head, scratch my head, lean against stuff, and it stays put. I'm so happy with this product!
