Vionic Women's Islander Beach Sandal Flip Flops

I have suffered from Plantar Fascitis for 9 years and wear orthopaedic insoles in all of my shoes. Unfortunately insoles do not fit into flip-flops or sandals, so I was concerned that I would need to wear trainers during a 2 week trip to China.I ordered these shoes and was happy to find they have a money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with them.I wore them every day during a 2 week tour of China and have felt no pain whatsoever. In fact, on my journey home I decided to wear my trainers with insoles for the flights and felt a lot of pain in my feet while stood around in the airports etc.I have returned to UK and have immediately purchased some Vionic Trainers for myself and am positive that I will not need to use my insoles in future, now that I have found this brand of shoes.

This is the only type of sandal which I can wear, as I need the orthopedic footbed to prevent pain in my Achilles tendons and the toepost style to prevent straps rubbing on my bunion!!

I have several pair of Vionic shoes to help with the pain in my feet. They are well made, comfortable, on style and robust. The support to the arch of my foot definitely helps to reduce the pain associated with Plantar Fascilitis. Thank you

I bought these not as a foot as a footcare sandal but just because I liked the unadorned flipflop look. The soles are shaped to fit as if you are squishing into wet sand, so are a little strange at first, but persist and they'll become more natural feeling, and one of the most comfortable sandals you will own. At least, I feel they are.

I bought these sandals because I suffer from planter fascitis. However, they were so uncomfortable I had to send them back. Money was refunded with no problems.
