I am really happy with this filter I have no problems with it atoll. When it arrived none of the aerator faucet fitted my tap and then I reached out to the customer service help team they was extremely fast responding and so helpfull and the sent me out a adaptor so I can you the filter properly. Flow is good it's like a shower, I personally use it for cleansing my face and brushing my teeth.

Great product, but even with the universal adaptor, it didn't fit my kitchen tap, the tap is too smooth for proper purchase by the adaptor no matter how tight you screw it, it pops off after a couple of uses. Not the manufacturers fault, will work wonderfully if your tap has screw options.

I am not sure about this product if it's worth to buy. First few days it was fine but after the taste is changed. I don't feel any different between tap water and the filtered water.

Screwed on easily enough. Glasses of water taste much better now. However the kettle is still being coated in limescale and making poor tasting hot drinks. So the filter isn't working enough to save my kettle and hot drinks.

The media could not be loaded. Leaking on the side. Had to return it and ask for refund.

Numerous different tap fixings supplied, easy to install, and makes our North East Lincolnshire water drinkable. Filter lasts for ages. Would definitely recommend it.
