Can this be used for two devices from the us at the same time or is one of the sockets only for japanese devices?

There's 2 outlets. 1 is 110v, which is used for US, Canadian or Taiwanese electric appliance. And the other 1 is 100v, which is used for Japanese device. Can it be used in greece for a usa sleeping apnea machine?

How many power watts does your USA sleeping apnea machine use? That's for sure the 220v to 110v converter would work with the appliance if it's rated power below 500W. Can I plug at the same 2 US devices rated 120v/65w each? Is it ok to plug 120v device to the 100v plug?

The device will power two devices of 65w each. As far as plugging a 120v device into the 100v plug, you should read the label on the 120v device to see what voltage range it operate, as it might be possible to damage it by giving it constant "brownout" conditions.
