I was very disappointed when I opened the bottle. It was like a dark brown substance that was in the bottle itself. Look like it was bad. I didn’t even touch. Try it called methylene blue normally supposed to be blue. This is like a brown gunky color.

Energy levels are up. Coffee drinking is down. For 20 years I’ve used energy drinks and coffee to maintain cognitive sharpness but it always came at the cost of jitters or over caffeination. Methylene blue is a game changer. Feel absolutely great. Have to manage dosage because I like it so much. But that just speaks to how effective it is. Also, I take the tablets at night and it actually helps me sleep. But in talking to other people I dont think it works like that for everyone. But if you were ever diagnosed hyper active or cant turn off the mind - try it at night. Got the best sleep in over a decade with the MB tablets. Like this so much- ended up watching hours of MB videos and took their 10x Methylation gene test… TBD on results. Added video because I saw people say it was not blue. Stick it in water for a minute and it will be the bluest blue you ever seen 🤩🤩🤩 Focus: Great for work dig ins and getting ready for a workout

have not seen any difference as yet with my memory. my teeth are less sensitive.

The product seems to work, however my biggest concern is the lack of information on the product and it origin. They should provide that information and make it easily available. A COA is the norm for most of these type of supplements. I do believe in the use of Methylene Blue as a nootropic and will continue to use it, but I may source another product with clear disclosure of where the product is coming from.
