I love using this thing! Whenever I have down time, I use it to help strengthen my grip. I only just started using it, but I feel that my grip strength is improving and it's a nice forearm exercise as well. My only issue is that the hole for the thumb is a little small, but it still works even if it can't go entirely on my thumb.

This product was recommended by my therapist as part of the recovery process I am in. The goal of using this product is to improve the mobility of my fingers and strengthen my forearm. I have been using the product for a month and the results have been favorable. I highly recommend it.

I think it does it's job, we got this for my son who is very active in sports both football and basketball and for someone in middle school this works well for him, he has smaller fingers and fits well. This doesn't fit as well for people with bigger fingers and hands. This feels like really good quality the rubber around the fingers are really thick and durable, it is easy to adust for greater strength, the pin holes look small but easily expand to fit the wrist wrap. The wrist wrap is easy to adjust and that works with bigger wrists.

Does not work even a little. The only finger that is able to really move is the middle finger. Forget about the pinky, it's useless! This was a complete waste of money and time. Yes, it's cheap, but don't waste your money on this. Buy something else. Anything but this waste of time and crap crap crap!

I wanted to love this. I received this to assist me with learning guitar. I have played multiple instruments over the years, but guitar is the most difficult for me. I can play piano keys all day long but I have the most miserable experience with guitar chords. My teacher recommended a finger strengthener. At first attempt, I could not open and stretch my fingers fully. I am 39. I am not old enough to lack this much finger strength. This was the most frustrating and infuriating experience. I can play piano for hours. I love it. However, keeping my hands in different contorted positions while pressing strings is not natural. I had no idea there were so many different muscle groups in the hands. I incorrectly assumed that since I could play piano, this would be a cake walk. But, enough about my ignorance as a musician, this device works. I have used it for the last 8 weeks and things have gotten a little easier. I can hear a major difference in my chords now. I started with the strongest setting accidentally. I reversed the strap and used the strengthener correctly. The instruction are nonexistent. I took a star off for that. I went on Youtube to get some ideas. I used this device every other day. I completed three sets of 10 whole hand stretches. I also did 1 set of stretches on each individual finger. I tried to do it daily and my hand started to ache. I knew then that this thing is working. This will work if you put in the time and effort. I have a ding on my phone that lets me know to use the device at night before bed. I will continue to use this with hopes to slowly get better at guitar.
