This is a fun and colorful tutu skirt! It is made on a matching crochet top! This skirt has a single layer of tulle making it light and easy to wear. This would be a great tinker bell outfit with some added wings! Or even could be a wizard of oz outfit! All materials are high quality to allow the skirt to last more than one wear! ***My halter tops are elastic snug fitting tops. Size 0-3T are on a 6" top, 4T-6 is on an 8" top and 6-10 is on a 10" top.
