A great machine! Glad I bought it!
It was delivered as promised. It works great!! I needed an upgrade because my old machine had very little RAM and it couldn’t be increased. This one has plenty of RAM and is very fast. The only negative is it doesn’t have a LAN Jack for a wired connection. You will have to buy a docking station to get that or just use wireless. It’s a great machine.

Product was delivered on schedule by UPS. Upon signing for the package, I did not notice or made aware of a fairly large hole (damage) on the outer box. The inner box had the same hole but fortunately, the notebook was undamaged and works very well so far.

Good laptop but I think its modified post factory
This is a very nice laptop. More than powerful enough for school or work. I used it partly for Python code development. It has a nice big screen, lots of RAM, and SSD storage to run fast at a good price point. However, I suspect that maybe it gets modified by the 3rd party. It did not come with the standard HP software that most HP machines come with, and the system reserved partition is set to only 100 mb, and there is unused partition space. This makes me think my custom image was thrown to it, and more to the point, it keeps some Windows updates from running unless you do some extra work. Battery life is good, but for the most part, I have it plugged in all the time.
