LOCATION: Montana (in a non cold winter)The app and push key pad seem to work well, but I am unable to give a proper review as both of the entry handles have broken on both units within a week. I submitted the first handle for a manufacturer return for a replacement as I had a second unit to backup the first...thank God I didn't put this unit on both doors as intended as I would be locked out of my house. I had to use the 2nd unit to replace the first one after it failed. Then the second one failed.Meanwhile, a replacement for the first one is on a slow boat from China.I am now without entry into my main door to my home because both door handle units have failed within a week of installation.I can see one unit having issue with integrity of materials, but two handles failing each within a week is unacceptable. I will be looking for a viable replacement.TECHNICAL VIEW: It seems that the tab that lifts the mechanism to turn the knob to unlock the door is made with sub par materials, as basic pushing of a thumb from teenage girls makes it snap. It has the structural integrity of pewter when it should be steel.Again, app works great, but handle is junk.

The quality of this smart lock is excellent for the price. I like the black color and that the lock offers both a keypad and finger print option. You just never know when one might fail so having a backup is great! I like the weight and style of the handle as well.The only cons I have about the product are the app doesn't allow you to unlock the door remotely, which a lot of smart locks in this price range include. Instead it's bluetooth and you need to be near the lock for the app to work. The other con is not a deal breaker, just an FYI...on the inside of the door there is a bolt where the handle on the front side connects. My previous handle had a nice cover for this bolt that made the door look nice. This handle did not include this cover.Overall great product, I would recommend.

Actually easier to install than my old one was to take out! Big fan of auto lock! Husband forgets to lock door at night, no longer issue as it will auto lock and/or use app to lock. Ability to set different codes for different family members is so convenient to track who/when is coming in when we aren’t home (family checking on house and or pets) app is user friendly. DO NOT recommend if you have little children that would bolt out the door if it were unlocked! Once they discover the unlock button it is VERY easy for them to unlock

Wow I am overly excited to get set up done. It is beautiful color and all looks high end comes with sturdy material. This is worth price. It is easy to put connection by following instructions.

I found this while looking for a smart lock and dog handle set. Decided to give this one a try and I have been happy with the results. Install was easy and setup was not hard at all. The smart lock works great so far and I had no issues yet. Very happy with this purchase.
