Beautiful on its own
This review is based on how the Jameson Crested whiskey stands up on its own two feet, without anything added. In this case I haven't even tried it with a drop of water.I am very much into my Scottish whiskies. I have enjoyed many others from around the world, Japanese, Swedish, Indian etc. And even bourbon/rye/corn whiskey from America. Still, nothing beats Scottish for consistency yet.I have tended to stay away from Irish whiskey and I've not been keen on the basic supermarket drinks (Jameson original, Tullamore D.E.W. Etc). Still, one of my friends, who also enjoys whisky, was really enthusiastic about this bottle. As the price was lowered for an Amazon deal I though it'd be the most suitable to try it out.I was not disappointed! This is a great whisky to enjoy neat. I'm sure it's still nice with a drop of water or even some ice. I wouldn't bother buying it for mixers - get the cheaper stuff for that! Although this bottle is still regarded as "budget" it really does pack great value.I am not an Irish whiskey convert but I'm happy to let this bottle sit amongst the big hitters on my whisky shelf.

Smooth Whiskey
Picked this up when on a special price and have to say that I really enjoyed it. Nice smooth taste. Just waiting for another price drop 😉

Smooth. Lovely with ice and a splash of soda water. Too good to mix!

Pretty good
This is way better than the standard version the metallic vanilla from the column stills is turned right down. There’s much more biscuit notes almost shortbread. It’s not a redbreast or pot still Jameson but for the price it’s worth a buy.

Great tasting whisky
Don't normally drink jameson but tried this and it is so smooth and gos down a treat

I've been trying a number of whiskeys since Xmas and like them all so far and this has been on my radar so snapped some up when on offer. For me this is delicious, the sherry really comes through, is light and flavoursome, will be buying more ! Black barrel next!

Irish whiskey
The triple distilled Crested Jameson has a smooth, satisfying finish. No acidity or burning on the throat. Very good whiskey.
