The media could not be loaded. I tried out this mat that my friend bought and let me borrow because of my back pain. I do notice a difference when I use It and my fiancé hurt his shoulder and was in pain and used It one time and did two sessions of 20 minutes on two different modes and said the next day his shoulder felt perfectly fine and totally healed! So after trying out my friends mat I ordered us our own! Red light therapy is really good but you have to get a product with lights that are real and actually have enough power to penetrate the skin. I don’t know how to test how strong the lights are or how to tell that they are real but we can feel a difference when we use It so that’s my only way of knowing. This isn’t as strong as some more expensive lights or a cold laser light but It is a great product for every day use for people who do labor jobs that are hard on the body and I think this is worth the price! I would recommend to just use It on straight skin so that there’s no obstructions blocking the light penetration so It can work as good as possible.The heat level feels good it’s not as hot as a heating pad but gets warm enough to help loosen up some muscle tightness.Seems like it’s made pretty well and the cord length I think is good It reaches from behind the couch to where I sit and reaches from the plug next to my bed as well so I think the cord length is fine!As for size, the mat covers my whole back so I like It and It also is flexible and can be wrapped around your arm or leg and It comes with a stretchy Velcro belt to wrap the mat around and secure It if you need It on your knee ankle or elbow etc. we like It!

Very effective for speeding up healing of muscles and sore joints. I love the heat on my sore spots.I've had it less than 6 months and six or more of the lights have burned out. Should have lasted longer! Great product but the quality is disappointing.

This is an awesome product. I use it any time I am feeling pain in my legs or my back. Having read about the benefits of red light therapy, I researched this product and found the reviews and the price as the reason I chose this product. I liked it so well I purchased another one and gave to our son in law who is a house painter to help with his pain. The one I use gets used minimum of 3 times a day. It has held up to so much usage.

I have been using it directed towards my hair. It looks funny while I have it on, but i feel it is working. My hair is growing and is feeling thicker. I even have new hair growth.

I suffer from severe spine issues which causes debilitating pain. I read a lot about red light therapy and how it can help reduce pain. I can’t speak to if this particular product worked or not, because it smelt so bad I had to return it and purchase another brand. I’m not sure why, but the product has such an overwhelming horrible plastic smell.

I don't use this as a wrap as shown, rather I sit on it for tight glutes and thighs. It gets surprisingly warm on the highest setting. It seems to be somewhat effective for inflamation.
