These vitamin gummies have a high potency. They are soft and chewy. The flavor is a bit stronger than a different variety I have from this brand but they still have a pleasant taste.

I've been trying to introduce more hair and nail supplements, so I figured I'd give these a try. I like that two gummies are 5000mcg, as some other supplements are 10000mcg, which upsets my digestive system.These are delicious! I'm sure the added sugar has something to do with that, as these straight up taste like candy. I've had previous gummies where it tasted and had the consistency of wax, so this was a welcome surprise.I'm on a variety of hair health supplements and medications for hair growth so it's hard to say what as what affect on my hair, but it is thicker and more follicles are growing in areas that they werent.I'd recommend doing your own research on you vitamin and supplements to see what you're deficient on or not. 5000mcg is 1667% of of your daily value, so it's a bit overkill.

These gummy vitamins have a texture more like fruit snacks, then gummy bears. The texture is nice and the flavor is as well. I find it easy to remember to take these because they taste pretty good. I am only a little bit into a bottle so I’m not sure if it’s making any difference to my hair, but like I said, it’s easy to remember to take them and I do every day. Something to remember is that a serving size is two gummies so this is a one month supply.
