I’ve been taking the Myo-Inositol Tablets with Folic Acid, B6, B12, Maca, and Chromium for a few weeks to support my PCOS, and I’m noticing positive changes. My cycles feel more regular, and I’ve had fewer mood swings and better energy levels. I like that it combines multiple vitamins and nutrients specifically beneficial for PCOS, like myo-inositol and chromium, along with folic acid for overall health. The tablets are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. i must say though sometimes i have an upset stomach when taking them, but not always. its good value for money and decent size and amount and no taste so happy with it. While everyone’s experience may vary, this supplement has been a helpful addition to my routine alongside a healthy lifestyle. I’d recommend it to other women looking for extra support managing PCOS symptoms.

I have purchased these for my daughter who suffers with pcos & is currently pregnant, very early to tell what they are like so far but since starting them three weeks ago she does feel a little less tired, they are good value for money & I myself use various nutravita products & they are always high quality & effective, she doesnt have a problem with the size as she swallows them with some food

Brought this product as I had heard Myo-inositol has great benefits for PCOS. The only real symptom of PCOS that I struggled with was my skin, I would get really bad cystic acne on my chin and around jaw line so thought I would give this product a try after years of doctors appointments/antibiotics/creams/face washes etc. I can say within a month of taking these my acne was practically gone (still got a few small spots which I put down to my diet but no large under the skin painful ones). This product went out of stock so had to use another seller with the same ingredients but had to get these ones again as for some reason this product worked better than the other one despite same ingredients. So glad I decided to buy this product on the off chance it may help as it defiantly has! Finally being able to not constantly cover up painful spots with makeup and be comfortable leaving the house makeup free! Hope that this stock continues so I can carry on purchasing 👏🤩

Myo-inositol apparently helps with hormone regulation, mood, sleep, and metabolic imbalance (blood sugar, cholesterol etc). It’s too soon to see if they make any difference, particularly at this strength (hence the four stars instead of five) but I’m hopeful. The tablets are easy to swallow and you get three months’ supply, so they seem to be good value.

Don't normally leave reviews however, i suffer with PCOS and endometriosis which causes me infertility. I noticed the last year or so my cycles were getting longer and longer the last one being the longest at 42 days ! i no many woman with PCOS who dont even get a period at all half the time so i was great full at least i was getting one pretty much every 37-42 days which i do believe is because i wasn't ovulating hence the long over due cycles. I started taking Nutravita to try bring my cycles back down and hopefully start ovulating.... Well i used OPK's this cycle to see if i get a peak not sure if i was peaking before as wasn't using them really, i defo had a peak on CD15 So assuming ovulation was CD16 which would mean a 30 day cycle for me.... and by a miracle i actually had a 30 day cycle i cant remember the last time my cycle was that short !! I no OPK peaks dont actually confirm ovulation but it all added up for me so so happy i found this product and hopefully it continues working for me ! xxx

I have been using this for a week now and I haven’t noticed any significant differences yet. It does take some time to see results. However I have noticed that I’m sleeping is a little better and I have a bit more energy during the day. It’s very good value for money as you get a 90 day supply. The bottle is sturdy and airtight. The pills are slightly on the bigger side which means it takes a bit of effort to swallow and they do tend to touch your throat on the way down! If you’re not a huge fan of pills this might be something that will put you off!

These tablets have helped me with hormone balancing and pcos symptoms. They don't have a bad taste and only need to take 2 a day. They are large tablets but they are smaller than my usual brand so I was pleased
