I ordered for aiding in my fight against bad cholesterol. I like it added to my plain yoghurt of kefir together with oatmeal. It would also be good in a smoothie or with some warm milk would taste similar to chia pudding.

It’s a pretty large bag. I used some in gluten free tortillas. Gave them a good texture. They didn’t crack when folded. There is plenty of to use in many more recipies.

I add whole psyllium husk to my gluten free baking. I usually the organic Sprouts canister, but Sprouts was out. I ordered this and really like the quality and price. I will buy again.

While not the tastiest drinking straight up I don’t mind it at all mixed in my naked whey protein . I do a keto diet so wanted something that can add lots of fiber for very little carbs and no artificial sweeteners. I worked my way up to a large Tablespoon of it every morning. Let’s just say I look forward to my morning bathroom run. Very regular and everything running as it should. Lol
