Matthews Costwold Stoneground Dark Rye Flour

Excellent quality dark rye flour. I am planning to make my own bread and I needed dark rye flour and I couldn’t find one anywhere in the shop, and I came across one here, at a very good price. I would definitely buy it again, as the quality and texture of the flour is very good. My dark rye bread turned out to be very tasty. I would recommend this product to anyone

I love Rye bread. I was looking to buy some dark rye flour and this brand I used it before to make spelt bread. I think the quality is good and the price isn't bad either.

Bought this during Covid as my supermarket had run out of their own brand. Very expensive for the same results

I bought this as my tesco stopped selling it and I use it weekly for my sourdough. I noticed the reviews that mentioned lower weight than on packet so checked mine - sadly, my delivery also had some bags as lower in weight than they should have been, which is really terrible quality control, hence the 3 stars. I think I'll just get Waitrose one instead next. disappointed as I have used this product for the last 1.5 years and use a lot of it.
