what kind of battery is in this and can it be replaced easily?

It's a CR2032 disc battery. It's very easy to replace, but you will need a small cross-head screwdriver to take off the back of the remote, the type you sometimes find in a Christmas cracker.....

The garage motor will have a remote teach button. This must be pushed and activated first , followed by the a remote button. The two should connect and the remote button will be connected to the garage motor .

This remote is not suitable for your garage door - you need a 4335 remote. This one is a 94335 and is not compatible.
