A perfect fit for the 700c wheels on a Raleigh Oakland.
This rim tape fits 700c wheels perfectly. At first it feels like it is too short, but it stretches just enough to go over the wheel rims and sit firmly over the spoke screws. The tape fills the base of the wheel and part of the sides and once fitted it doesn't slip so I found the best way to seat it perfectly and also to line up the valve hole was to place a plastic tyre lever under the tape and across both sides of the wheel rims and slide the tyre lever around the edge of the wheel as this both seats the rim tape and also rotates it slightly in the direction you are moving the tyre lever, ending up with the tape perfectly positioned. The material they are made from is neither rubber nor cloth but a slightly elastic nylon type material that covers the spoke heads extremely well.
