Awesome little radio
Have many DAB+ radios from Sony, Roberts and Panasonic. This little radio has the quickest startup time and doesn't need it's aerial up unlike all the Panasonic's and Sony's, none of my Roberts radios do but others are way more expensive. (I live in a fringe reception area and it found all stations) This is a small radio so don't expect huge sound but it is perfectly adequate. The USB C power cord is a really handy and I hope all manufacturers take this path. It is a shame that it doesn't have the ability to charge rechargeable batteries in the unit but I knew that before purchasing. At time of writing I could not find any reviews, so FIRST! EDIT: This radio chews the batteries MUCH faster than Sonys that also use 4AA batteries.

Nice little background radio
I've started getting more into radio since moving out and living alone, I wanted a nice battery powered radio to use in my kitchen. This is a very nice looking radio, and I'm a huge fan of how simple and easy the user interface is. The build quality feels solid, all the buttons are decent quality. Only thing I don't like is how the battery cover is very hard to open once batteries are installed. The radio reception is excellent, haven't had any issues with finding stations or dropping out. Battery life with decent rechargables (2500mAh) is about a week of usage (4 hours daily). I saw some reviewers complaing about this - but compared to bluetooth speakers I have which need charging every few days I'm more than happy with this battery life. Audio quality is... okay. I wouldn't go quite as far to call it tinnny but it's definitely lo-fi and devoid of bass. It's still servicable (and I was still dancing in my kitchen to this radio!), but it was this aspect that made me upgrade to the Roberts Rambler Uno which is a similar size but night and day difference in terms of audio quality. But that's to be expected when the Rambler Uno is over double the price (£110). I still really love this radio, but it's become my "background" radio now I have on in bed or when I'm at my computer which I think it's perfect for. For the audio quality you get I think the RRP of £50 (I paid £45) is too steep, but at the time of writing this review it's on sale on Amazon for £30 which I think is a perfect price, considering it's still a very nicely designed radio with a well thought out user interface.

Lovely radio to use
The said item for use and durability is very good with excellent performance whilst using Bluetooth connectivity all the features for ease of use with very good volume for a small radio.
