I didn’t have a lot of hope after trying other supplements to combat perimenopausal bloat and weight gain to no effect. I noticed some of the reviews for this product stated it improved their mood with someone saying they felt they got their old self back. I was already taking ashwagandha for stress with work so didn’t think too much of it.I’ve been on this product now for 30 days. Within the first two weeks my mood improved dramatically. I didn’t realize just how out of sorts I had been. I DO feel like I got my old self back. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any more and I still struggle with bloating around my ankles, waist and face periodically. But for the sheer change in my attitude I am extremely grateful for this product and will be taking it as long as it continues to perform.

Doesn’t seem to make much difference in vaginal dryness. Not sure it is even working.

5 out of 5. My friend at worked told me about this for night sweats from menopause. It is a true game changer for me. No more waking up sweating multiple times at night. I actually getting sleep. I still have them occasionally but not every night all night long. I was it wasn’t as expensive but well worth it.

Didn't work for me. I gained weight and I have more hot flashes then before I started taking the pills. I was hopeful but for the money it was not worth it. I am going to try some natural remedies and stick to taking my cortisol supplements because that has helped me.

As far as I can tell after taking this for roughly 2 months, it has made a difference in my symptoms. Not all symptoms, but most of them and let me tell you I have them ALL and then some!

I thought I’d give it a go based on reviews. I’d been happily denying early signs of menopause until the hot flashes hit a couple of months back. Multiple times a day and night my body sent a very clear “you’re getting older” message.I wasn’t expecting much - there’s so much out there that is purely a waste of money…but these WORKED!10 days after I started taking these the hot flashes all but stopped. Maybe the occasional feeling of warmth but no desperate need to jump in a cold plunge or strip down to my birthday suit. No more waking up in the night dramatically tossing my bedding onto the hubby.I’ve not noticed any other effects positive or negative…aside from being (mostly) able to go back to denying I’m old enough for menopause. That’s worth the price, in my book.

Best over the counter product I’ve found to minimize hot flashes.
