Price is the cheapest I have found this item, hence my purchase. Delivery was quick. The device itself is Good quality, feels solid and comes with lots of different tips. Would have given 5* but imo it could do with getting just a little bit warmer to disengage the materials but this could just be my specific device or my materials. All in all pretty happy.

Not a loading tool at all
Compared to the puff co hot knife this thing is trash. Doesn’t heat up anywhere near hot enough to melt extracts etc into your e-rig for example
