Love this pan ! Great for making Brownie tops and cookies ! I even used it as a mold to make cake pops ! So easy to clean and the round cups are the perfect size ! It’s light weight so no trying to balance a heavy pan out of the oven ! Works well For what I need and would be great for cottage bakers !

Nice weight! They're non-stick and good quality. They will be nice to make muffin tops, or making treats like "oatmeal creme pies".

Works beautifully and muffin tops released easily. As a precaution, I sprayed lightly with a nonstick baking spray. I recommend buying 2 pans at the same time - since you get only 2 muffin tops per pan - and they get eaten up quickly—at least at my home :)). For those interested, here is how to bake with the 1 or 2 pans at the same time: (1) Pre-heat oven to 400F; (2) Place one filled pan on bottom third of oven and the other pan on the top third; (3) Bake for 7 minutes; (4) Alternate the top and bottom pans & also front to back and bake between 4 to 6 minutes (depending on how hot your oven is); (5) Muffin tops should turn a golden brown on top; (6) Remove and let the muffin tops rest 5 minutes in the hot pans; (7) Finally, remove muffin tops from pans and serve warm or cool to room temperature on a cooling rack.

Love these pans I use them to make my own Chick-fil-A style egg white sandwiches. Super easy cleanup and no more eggs sticking to the pan. The size is perfect, and they cook evenly every time. Total game changer for breakfast prep!

Do you know the muffin man? Neither do I. Anyway, the pan is good, the area for the batter is low, so you know it's going to bake and spill over. Still, it's a good pan and worth it to experiment with baking techniques. If it works,.I'll have the best muffic tops in town, if it doesn't work I could always use as a cookie mold of some kind. Looks to be Teflon style, I'd still grease it anyway.
