Amazing biscuits
Fresh tasty, they have made a perfect busiest here . Goes so well with my coffee as my go to biscuit . Flavour is spot on. Not too hard or soft.

Slightly fiery and not too sweet. Just don't take too long to finish them because the ginger chunks will dry out and lose their flavour.
