A beautiful dried mushroom
First 100g of dried mushrooms is surprisingly a huge amount. I’ve used them to make a pasta sauce and a mushroom broth ( blended for a base ) they have a great intense flavour and rehydrate nicely. Definitely worth buying and I will be getting again

Indispensabili in una dispensa macrobiotica
Funghi shiitake esiccati e tagliati a fette di ottima qualità. Sonomolto pratici e facili da usare e dosare, la consistenza si mantiene bene anche dopo la cottura ed il formato da 100 gr è sufficiente per diverse settimane. Non sono eccessivamente saporiti ma il fatto provengono da agricoltura biologica è un punto a favore, oltre l' ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per me sono un ingrediente indispensabile nella mia dispensa macrobiotica. Consiglio di provarli!

Pas conquis....
Pas mal mais tout es écrit en allemand et nul part il est écrit que le shiitaké cru ou pas assez cuit peut provoquer de graves démangeaisons et rougeurs. De plus, les morceau séchés sont trop fin et meme apres avoir trempé 3h reste dur a mâcher.
