Not as good as the liquid but it gets the job done . I do recommend the liquid though for the people with really low iron levels like myself.

Genuine Review: I have been using this vitamins for three days and they are amazing. I am a woman in her 30's and live a generally healthy lifestyle, however I struggle with low energy and fatigue. After taking these vitamins I feel less tired and can get up and do things, where before I felt sluggish. I am also a tea drinker and read to leave 60-90 minutes between and having these vitamins as they tea is an 'iron blocker'. In short, I would highly recommend these vitamins and I will be buying them again. I will say I bought them in the sale as they are quite expensive but they are worth the money!
