Arrived in two days, as described, and with 95% battery health!The condition is about what you’d expect for “good”. It had a few scratches on the sides of the phone, but the screen and the back side of the phone are in perfect condition!

I was traveling in the U.S. and staying at a hotel when my old phone got water-damaged during a shower. Two large black spots appeared on the screen, making the phone completely unusable. So I urgently ordered this new phone from this store.When I received it, I noticed a hidden crescent-shaped scratch on the screen. It wasn’t very visible at first, but under certain angles and after wiping it with a tissue, I confirmed it was a real scratch.After using it for just one day, the phone started overheating easily, and apps frequently lagged or crashed. It was frustrating and unreliable.I contacted the seller and uploaded a video showing the issues, but due to Amazon’s system limitations, the video couldn’t be viewed. I offered to send the video via email, but the seller never provided any contact information.Since I’m traveling, returning the phone is very inconvenient. Still, the quality is absolutely not worth the price I paid.Avoid this store. Don’t buy any electronics from them — you’ll regret it.

This phone is very new phone.

Everything seemed fine until I opened the FRONT CAMERA and it doesn’t work like it should. The front camera appears darker then it should, almost like a black screen. I can’t see what i’m taking a picture of and also the phone gets heated quickly. The photos i added don’t show just how bad the front camera is but it’s very noticeable when i use it. Hopefully the apple store can fix it.
