Looks are deceiving
This watch is truly remarkable in terms of its price point, aesthetics, and water resistance capabilities. It garners numerous compliments, with many mistaking it for a Rolex driving watch upon first glance. As a dedicated watch collector with pieces spanning various price ranges, including Timex, Rolex, Omega, Seiko, and others, I stumbled upon this particular watch while browsing on Amazon. Initially intrigued by its appearance, I conducted further research and was pleasantly surprised by what I discovered. The manufacturer of this watch utilizes Swiss Quartz movement, albeit not the highest grade available, but still commendable. The craftsmanship is evident in its quality construction, resembling that of a Rolex from a distance. Despite its affordable price on Amazon, this watch typically retails for $300.00. I tested its water resistance by swimming in the ocean, diving at 30 feet, and wearing it in a pool all day without any issues - the visibility remained clear, and there were no leaks. Notably, it features a screw-down crown, a feature commonly found in higher-end timepieces. Its appearance, accuracy in timekeeping, and overall performance impress me. A pricier option is available from the same brand for those seeking a watch with Swiss automatic movement. I highly recommend trying this brand, as I believe you will not be disappointed. In contrast, professional divers may opt for high-end diving watches; for the mature who like recreational activities such as diving for beginners and swimming in lakes, oceans, and pools, this watch is sure to exceed expectations.

Classy, Sporty, and Eye-Catching – Love This Watch!
I bought this Stuhrling watch as a gift to myself, and I couldn't be happier. It looks super classy and has a luxurious feel that always grabs attention—I've gotten compliments everywhere I go. What I really love is how it balances elegance with a sporty vibe, making it perfect for both casual and dressier occasions. I did have to take it to a jeweler to get it resized for my wrist, but that was no big deal. The watch feels solid, durable, and very well-made. Definitely a high-quality timepiece that looks way more expensive than it is!

The Stuhrling Depthmaster is a True Dive Watch, and Worth the Price
I'm a watch guy. I love watches and everything about them, and I'm quite particular when it comes to purchasing a new one. Now, this isn't the first Stuhrling that I have purchased, and it won't be the last. To clarify, Stuhrling Original watches are NOT truly Swiss made. They typically use Ronda movement, which is a type of Swiss movement, but most Stuhrling Originals are made in Shenzhen, China. The company is based in Brooklyn, NY, however. The faces are typically protected with Krysterna crystal, which is a synthetic sapphire, and are quite easy to clean. You typically pay maybe $50-100 for one on Amazon, but keep in mind that these are typically sold for $150-3000 other places. At first glance, the Depthmaster looks exactly like a Rolex Submariner. The colors, the band, and the build are all the same (the colors are actually quite striking in-person). The only difference in looks are the hands. The hour hand on the Depthmaster takes on the shape of an arrow, in comparison to the Submariner's knob-looking end. A few people have actually thought that it in fact was a Rolex, and I sadly had to tell them otherwise. As for the water resistance, the watch is in fact waterproof. Many say it isn't, that there is leakage, but I think that these people forgot that this watch has a screw-down crown. In order for this to actually work as a dive watch, you MUST screw the crown down all the way. This prevents leakage and keeps the watch ticking even underwater. The same goes for the Stuhrling GMT, you must screw the crown down completely in order for the water resistance to work. The readability underwater is several times better than I expected, as well. It was perfectly clear, and I had no issues trying to make out the hand positions. The unidirectional bezel also works as intended. The watch is a bit on the heavy side, but not so much that you constantly notice that it is there. It is quite comfortable, and the face is not too big or too small. It's a perfect size.As for the Depthmaster's functionality, it has been quite reliable so far, with about only +/- 30 seconds every five weeks or so. The battery doesn't seem like it will run out soon, but the watch is still quite new, so I'll give it a year or two. Now, my only real complaint is the size of the band when the watch arrived. I'm not quite sure how big some people's wrists get, but I had to take out all but four links, and the pins were quite stiff. This is both good and bad, as now I'm ensured that the links will stay where they are, but now the thought of having to remove or add more is painful.Overall, the Stuhrling Depthmaster is a reliable dive watch. I highly recommend this, especially during a sale.

Looks VERY expensive!
My teen son found this watch on an amazing sale, so I ordered it for him. He loves this watch. It looks very thick and expensive, and he gets compliments on it regularly.
