A really lovely smart watch, looks lovely on and the interchangeable face styles are all fabulous. Easy to set up and use and seems to do the job accurately. Very pleased with purchase.

The RADLEY Series 21 Smartwatch looks beautiful, and the pale gold stainless steel strap is very comfortable. It’s great for tracking fitness and notifications, and the lozenge design is elegant. However, the watch disconnects from the app quite often, which can be frustrating when trying to sync data. If they fix the connectivity, it would be near perfect.

watch is absolutely brilliant but very disappointed in Radley. when I reported that the charger wasn't working they suggested I buy a new one. I did replace the charger (not bought from Radley) and the watch is now charging as it should. this is because the charger I received with the watch was faulty. I think it should have been replaced free of charge

Had an Apple Watch for a while, needed a new one as battery wasn’t lasting very long, couldn’t justify the price of another Apple one so decided to give this one a try. I’m more than impressed, it’s smaller, easy to use and read and it monitors sleep! I love it! Been wearing it 2 days now and still over 90% battery life left

The most useless smart watch I've ever owned. It has to be paired via Bluetooth every time I've been away from my phone for more than an hour or so, eh if I leave it in the living room when I'm cooking in the kitchen. It doesn't pair easily, you have to disconnect from the device, close the app, turn Bluetooth off and on and then go back into the app to pair again. I'd have expected better from a brand as well known as Radley
