It can not fully charge a phone.......
Very disappointed with this product. It is the first powerbank that I have purchased and I wish I hadn't bothered. I made sure it was fully charged on its first outing and when I plugged my phone to charge it was showing 3 bars. By the time it had completely died my phone had charges by 15%.I have retried the product at home twice and I am having similar results.I was drawn to the rugged appearance for an outdoor military style powerbank, but unfortunately it is completely useless. Ive since bought one at half the price that is doing the job 100 times better.
