I bought this for my boyfriend and I feel that for the price it does a really good job. He's had this for awhile now (uses it everyday) and it just now starting to think about using the other one that came in the pack. There are two sides so depending on how youd like to style your hair you can decide. Only down side I'd say is the inside is very sticky. We countered this by putting product inside to prevent it from grabbing on to the hair. Overall hes happy so I'm happy. 😊

I love the size of these sponges—the larger sponges are hard to maneuver and obtain the look I want with my hair style. These smaller sponges fit in my hand and allow for more style control. They have been durable and I would definitely order again.

This is a good sponge brush. My hair is naturally curly but I was going for thicker curls with shorter hair. I found for my hair if I pick my hair out then add a little bit of curl enhancing moisturizer to help make the curls. I mainly use the spiked side because it works better with longer hair like mine. I have noticed that the brush being a little bit smaller makes it harder to make good curls but over all it works well.

I have seen the YouTube videos and know how these coil defining sponges are supposed to work. I have never purchased one before and had never used one. The holes on this sponge are big, which means your coils will be far apart but not necessarily larger. in some areas, where my hair is shorter, I could not get my hair to coil at all. Perhaps some of you will have a better experience than I did on my 4c natural hair.

Loved these, had a hard time finding a hair sponge that wasn’t humongous, this is the closest I could find in terms of one that smaller, especially for traveling purposes. Works well, no issues at all. Loved the price also

Works really good! Glad I purchased these definitely worth the money. Don’t bother with the rag method it doesn’t compare to this.

It was my first time using one of these products before. I recommend watching a youtube video to learn how to use it. Make sure you rotate it in the same direction and just keep doing it over your whole head. Can take like 10 minutes but you got yourself a new hair-do for the day! Not sure how this compares to the other sponges but it was easy for me to use.

This product did say it was non refundable until I wanted to return it. The base has a very sticky glue. When you use the sponge the hair that gets in the hole can get pulled out. I’ve bought this product from other sellers but never had glue that pulled out your hair. I washed the sponges a few times and the glue is still as sticky as it was when I opened it.
