First of all thank you for packaging these nice and safely, they arrived only slightly bent boxes but it came in an Amazon envelope thingy safe and sound! The products let me tell you are not only beautiful but QUALITY!! Some have a smooth velvety plastic texture, reminds me of silicone. They are all stunning! And I bought the whole set that was shrink wrapped and had a sticker that verified the box was sealed. I will definitely buy from this seller and blind box product line in the future as these were quality and adorable!

The Emma figures are quite beautiful. I bought them for my daughter who loves to collect them. I have ordered Emma figures a few times over the years. At first a single box here and there. Then a three pack at a time. Last year I bought the Dim Light Series set. Now the River of Time 9 piece set. Although beautiful, they do not travel well... last year's set came with 1 broken figure. We sent for another and it also arrived broken. This year 2025, I have ordered this set twice. The first box came with half the box crushed. The second box set came last week in immaculate condition..however I could hear loose pieces within. Upon opening, sure enough some of the figures were broken. We decided to glue them rather than return them again as I'm sure they will arrive broken again. As I said, they DO NOT travel well. But my daughter loves them and they are "fixed". I would wish that the packaging could be improved in some way to avoid the issue. Still love these figures!

Got the one I wanted with the hat. These figures are heavier than I expected and so well made. The paint has no flaws and the details are lovely. Will definitely buy another from this series.

The rating is based on the fact we received duplicates not once but twice. The figures are cute and detailed very well, my husband and I love Lucky Emma, but will not be buying them off of Amazon. We had bought the 8 pack of the Secret Forest River of Time Series. The product guarantees that you will get 8 different figures. The first set of 8 we bought, the box was damaged, but had no damaged figures. We had 2 duplicates. We contacted Amazon support (who was amazing) and they were able to send us a replacement. That box arrived in a much better condition but the tape used to seal the box was already cut, though nothing appeared opened. We also received 2 duplicates in this box. I love the series and the manufacture, but do not buy on Amazon, go to their actual website. My husband ended up buying a different set from there, and had zero issues.

Really cute! Lucky Emma is my favorite blind box series. These are really soft and small enough to use as a Keychain.

I bought the 3 box set as a gift. When the recipient was opening them it was discovered that all 2’e boxes were previously opened. These are collectible figurines and obviously someone went through the boxes looking for the most rare ones. Not Cool!

The figures are so cute and the three pack is a great deal but they came in a bag rather than a box or bubble mailer and so one box was quite damaged. If I was buying these to give as a gift that would have been very upsetting but since it was for myself it was just a bit disappointing as the boxes are cute enough to display too.
