Affordable option with good quality
Good quality in such affordable amount. Have been using this for week now and is great life saver for bachelor like me, also the touch controls and build quality is good

Very poor customer service
The product was bought on June, it worked well for 4 months. It is now not getting switched on, hence called customer service it is all AI Driven. Complaint is getting registered however, on next day they are closing it saying resolved. If I try to make a call to the customer again it's going to AI mode only and new request is getting raised. Fed up with this and I really feel very bad for choosing this one. The next what i heard from my circle is PHILIPS please go for it. Don't waste your money on this Kent product.

This is a fully honest review, I have spent around 12 days researching which air fryer to buy in this price range. My final options were wonderchef,milton 5l ,Kent 5l, Philips 4.2l. Out of these it came to Kent and Philips. Philips had a manual know which I didn't like and it was too small for me but the kent 5l has awful reviews so I just increased my budget by like 1500 and got this Kent 8l 1700 watt air fryer. The product came in the perfect condition, I have made some delicious cup cakes in it till now. It heats up pretty fast (in a good way). If you want crispy results you can apply some oil using a sprayer or a brush, it takes little to no oil. Its really easy to use after you read its digital menu and the durability is also good because it is made 70% - 80% of stainless steel. Tips: Use it without food for 20-40 mins for the first use to remove the plastic smell. I have received it 2 days ago so, Will update this post after 15-20 days.
