Very very Bad product. Overpriced and deceptively pictured. While the quality is good as expected, there is an obstruction present on every single drawer that makes roughly 30% of the space height-wise unusable. I can't even fit my stuff properly into it. Should've gone for the wardrobe instead, would've gotten much more space for cheaper. I don't know what went into the mind of the person who designed such a flawed chest of drawers!

1. Build Quality (1/5) I bought a chest of drawers from Wakefit, expecting basic durability. Upon arrival the product already had broken drawer slides. I raised a ticket, and after 2 weeks it was replaced. But that's not the worst part .... Within a few months, the drawer slides completely broke AGAIN. These were only used to store light items like clothes and napkins, so there was no heavy load or misuse. The slides are simply cheap, weak, and not fit for purpose. 2. Warranty Experience (1/5) Raising a warranty claim was even more frustrating than the product failure. Wakefit sent two random carpenters who took pictures and videos that didn’t even show the actual issue with the drawer slide. Despite explaining clearly, the support team sent a cold, copy-paste reply stating the repair would be “chargeable.” The attitude felt like: No attempt to understand the problem No proper inspection No accountability for poor materials Just a blanket statement blaming the customer 3. Customer Support (1/5) It wasn’t about the cost of the slides at all—it's the fact that there is no real way to communicate your issue and no intention to honor the warranty. Being told it’s “customer damage” without any justification feels like a scammy process designed to avoid repairs. 4. Overall Recommendation I strongly do not recommend Wakefit furniture, especially anything with moving parts like drawers. The quality is unreliable, and the after-sales support is dismissive. There are better options in this price range that actually stand behind their products. Helpful Tip: If you’re looking for long-lasting storage furniture, avoid Wakefit’s products. The materials and warranty support just don’t hold up.
