What I like best about these is that there are no unsanitary seams or crevices for water or residue to collect or seep into . That's a problem I've found with many knife designs, even some very expensive ones. Not a problem with these. The non-serated blades are easy to sharpen on an inexpensive sharpener, so they are always ready for efficient cutting. Mine have lasted many years, so definitely a good value.

These knives are super sturdy and very sharp. Good quality. The larger knife is a little heavy for older people, but the other 2 are perfectly sculpted for people with out a lot of hand strength.

Not bad for a budget knife. 2nd set. First set the point broke off the larger knife. But it was cheap so what do you expect.

Love these knives! The fewer knives the better! These knives have a razor sharp edge! I do suggest you keep them in their sheaths that come with them. They are a lighter weight knife but the handle fits your hand very nice.
