I have Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis I need a lift to help my Achilles and arch support for the plantar fasciitis. These provide me with both. I wear them all day when the weather allows. I also have a pair wear them as my "house shoes", because I can't walk barefoot. They don't last forever. Maybe two summers, but I wear the heck out of them. I don't buy them because they're cheap, although I initially did. I am on my 5th pair because they're cheap work for me. Only one issue, they turn the bottom of my feet dark, but only when I'm in Palm Desert. I can't figure out if it's due to the dry weather. It washes off though, so it's a minor issue for me.
