Mentzendorff Kummel Liqueur | 50 cl

I bought this because I could not get any Wolfschmitt Kummel, and it is not as clean a taste

This was a family favourite after dinner tipple in the late ‘70’s and 80’s. Serve well chilled but not on ice for best flavour.Still a refreshing change but not as great as I had remembered it

Recommendation is to drink chilled I prefer room temperature. Interested to see other opinions.

Excellent and easily the best kümmel. If you’re new to kümmel, try gripe water and if you like that you’ll like kümmel and of you don’t you won’t have wasted much money. It can be a bit of an acquired taste, but I think it’s worth the effort

Needs to be served ice cold

Kümmel has to be experienced - it is not to everyone's taste. I enjoy it and this is a very fine example.

Don’t bother, get wolfschmidt kümmel instead. You won’t be disappointed
