I love these. I feel like they help with generally making me feel a little more easy going throughout the day and also help my sleep quality. I’ve been using them regularly for around 6 months. I haven’t noticed any side effects and I’ll definitely be continuing to take them

These really do seem to work! I've been taking them for a week now and my sleep is generally better and I feel more fully rested when I wake up. I'm no longer having hot flushes at night and hardly any during the day.

I have experimented many times with different mushroom complexes over the years, often being a bit obsessive with them for a short time and then forgetting about them as life gets in the way, so it's hard to stick to any form of routine. Back on track, I decided to give these a whirl and definitely noticed a small amount of difference with these capsules, but I found one was definitely not enough and two were needed to shut off the brain a little. Long terms benefits I am still on the fence about, the same with any supplement but its comforting to know they are made in the UK,

It’s difficult to review supplements because any effects can be very subtle and changes can happen gradually over time. I ordered these because I suffer from waking up in the early hours worrying about various things and then not being able to fall back to sleep; it turns out this is quite common. This doesn't happen all of the time and it can depend on what’s happening in my everyday life. I can't say for sure if these are helping but they are easy to swallow, and they come in a glass jar. Importantly, I have not suffered any ill effects. This brand is also available at a well know high street retailer which gives you some confidence in the product's safety. I will continue to take these and report back.

This supplement arrived in a branded plastic packaging. I have taken several mushroom supplements in the past and was keen to try this due to the calming effect of the added ashwaganda and magnesium added to the reishi. The capsules are the usual size and are easy to swallow when taken with water. There was no bitter taste or aftertaste. I have been taking them for a week now and have notice a subtle difference to my sleep quality. As with most supplements it is early to comment on the efficacy.
