Q: Will it rust? Want to mount it externally to my truck.

This tool is painted and not stainless or chrome and probably will rust.

Q: Are the photos and description up-to-date? They describe the older version of this halligan. Are you selling the older or new version?

I should be the new version as you can see most the pictures are actually of a set of ear phones. It is very hard to get things fixed on Amazon these days. The last 6 months they have stopped making the changes suggest by sellers. Hopefully this will change soon.
