I have had mine for a good 3 months now and i use it pretty much every 2-3 days and had no issues at all, absolutely amazing for the price, i think certain reviews have just been unlucky and been given a faulty one. Leaves a beautiful finish on my face and head with no hairs left over. Very easy to clean

I am not happy bcoz when I receive this item after that I charged until 100% and after that when I used it’s straight away less then 50% charging I am just only 5min.

I have used the small hair clipper {Hiena Pro professional Hair Clippers Men) once and has stopped working. I put it on charge and it is still not working although showing 100% charged. I need help or sometime tell me what to do next or should I return it for a replacement. I need help urgently Please.

I am actually surprised at what one gets for the price with this product. Basically, for less than the price of a cheap branded shaver one gets a full grooming kit. What one gets is a shaver, a trimmer and a clipper. They all come in a nice soft case to carry them in, along with all the included accessories. It has a good selection of combs for the trimmer and clipper, in addition to a shawl, a small bottle of oil (one will need to buy more as they are three products to keep lubricated), and a plastic hair comb. In addition to everything else this kit has a nice pair of scissors. They may appear cheap but they do have an advantage. The two blades are attached with a small bolt that has a thumb nut attached. So, when the blades get a little blunt one can easily seperate them and sharpen them on a stone that one uses for sharpening one's kitchen knives. I don't need to explain how to use these products as even for those that haven't used them it is obvious enough. Simply use the clipper for cutting one's hair, the trimmer for sideburns and beards and the foil shaver for removing the facial hair. That is it! Overall this is a product that is of much better quality than I would expect for the price so it is good value and I am recommending it.

The clipper set is amazing but unfortunately the first and second guards arrived broken so I had to make a separate purchase for them but other than that I’m satisfied
