Very nice house to keep the cat warm. Easy to put together, heat pad works well! The cat seems happy with it!

Every winter when we get below zero temperatures here up north, I hide in my house and feel so horrible for the stray animals that might be outside. I cannot enjoy anything thinking of some poor creature freezing to death, especially at night. Each year when the temperatures plummet into the dangerous zone, I have tried to make shelters in case a stray animal comes along that needs a place to sleep, but I'm afraid they're not very good. When I saw this heated cat house I knew I had to have it because finally I would be able to put something outside that might save a stray animal's life. I decided to splurge on this and I'm glad I did, I will have peace of mind this winter. The material is good, it heats up quickly and easily, simple to put together and it will give me so much peace of mind this winter. I am so happy I bought this! If it does not last the season or if it does not perform to expectation I will update my review, but so far I am very happy with this product and I will enjoy the holiday so much more now.

Good materials, but not warm without heated bed. But the bed must have an electrical circuit to plug it in. The cord is thick and about 3 feet long. No way it would be helpful outside as not warm without the bed padding heated by electricity. Basically, it’s a metal cage with a thin covering.

happy. cat is still skittish w new, but it is warm. I found myself bribing w treats on FREEZING nights, he knows its warm. guess we will see if he loves during colder days/night. We did see some kitten in it the other night. co cute sticking head out. The cat I bought for m who adopted US.he seems to go home w stray family , how dare him.not too hot, but can tell it stays enough warm ( lower electric bill), i would say def perfect warmth for cozy night. *I will say the door plastic is weird it comes cut, sort of like a butchers fridge type but middle part attached, cat feels worries with not easy opening but i guess if he is cold enough he will go in. i also see if it swings in, and rains, the rain will go down on the inside. hoping not wet mat, but ,,,,,

This item is great so far. I bought during the summer and have not used the heat yet. So I’m hopeful that the heat will be great too

I was very surprised at how easy this was to assemble. Took less than 5 minutes. Very sturdy and the materials seem like they are good quality. Almost like a metal kennel with a canvas tent. Unlike other singular pet warming pads I have bought, this one does not have a timer or temperature control but stays on as long as it is plugged in. I like this feature so I dont have to constantly keep making sure it is on. It heats without getting too hot. After having it plugged in for one day, I stuck my hand inside to see how it felt and it was a very comfortable temperature for an outside kitty. Didnt seem to get too hot. I saw someone else had actually gauged the temperature inside and it stayed around 80 degrees. Very happy with this purchase. So happy I bought one for a neighbor who also likes to provide for the outside cats.

Love this and so far so good in the cold. Living in WI it can change so drastically being nice to freezing. Sturdy and light for moving. Sits off the ground, however I feel if it rains or snow melts it’s going to get wet so I put. Small tarp over the top to help deter moisture inside. Heating pad is cozy to the touch and kicks on and off as needed. So far so good for the price.

This house is durable and easy to assemble, however, I was disappointed with how long the house held heat. I reside in SC, so winters aren't terrible but for those living in very cold states, I would purchase a different product
