I love these little chews! I bought these because I’ve experienced a lot of hair shedding recently (like bad) and I was hoping these would slow the rate of shed. I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried them because I was honestly expecting them to taste like vitamins but they reminded me of Now and Later chews. Delicious. They are easy to chew, a decent size, taste good, and the texture is also similar to a now and later. The purple color does turn your tongue purple though. I haven’t used it long enough to say whether or not the shedding will stop but I did notice that I’m not losing clumps of hair when I’m brushing anymore. So right away that’s a perk. I also find these to be a fairly good value because I don’t have to remember to take any additional pills and the size of the bag isn’t so large that it’s a pain to store. I keep them in the kitchen though so the steam from the shower doesn’t affect them (although I don’t know that it’s necessary). I will definitely be reordering these and can’t wait to see where I’m at in a few months!

After completing 2 bags, this is a life saver! I have tons of new baby hairs that are now about 1/2” long especially around my hairline and on the top of my head where I was experiencing hair loss from thyroid issues and using glp-1 . My eyelashes are also growing longer and thicker! Tastes absolutely delicious. I’ve recommended this to a few family members and they are also experiencing the same amazing results! These remind me of a starburst candy! It's a little tough at first to chew, but then it softens and it is actually tasty! Supposed to be good for wrinkles and hair growth. These will be easy to take daily! Will update in a month and let you know if there are any positive changes!

I was in my 2nd month of these chews when I realized that THEY must be the reason I was getting skin erruptions and itching. I looked up the side effects from Biotin w/Lustriva... Yep, it seems I'm allergic to the combination. I also read that the recommended daily adequate intake of biotin is 30 micrograms (mcg). I looked on the package and it says it has 10,000mcg per dose (2 chews), but I've also read that EACH chew has 10,000mcg, making 2 chews a total of 20,000mcg per dose...so not sure which it is...but that's a LOT! Since biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, excess amounts are flushed out of the body through urine, and there is no established upper limit. Overdose is rare, and high doses typically do not cause harm. But, the biotin in these chews also contain Lustriva. While allergic reactions to biotin are rare, Lustriva-related allergic reactions can include symptoms like hives, skin rash, itching, and swelling, particularly of the face, lips, or throat. Severe reactions like difficulty breathing or anaphylaxis require immediate medical attention. If you experience any allergic symptoms after taking Lustriva, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Signs of an allergic reaction are... Skin: Hives, redness, itching, or a rash Swelling: Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat Breathing: Difficulty breathing, wheezing, or tightness in the chest or throat Other: Unusual hoarseness or feeling of tightness in the throat What to do... Stop taking Lustriva: Immediately stop using the product if you experience any allergic symptoms. Sooo, I think the culprit is the Lustriva... So, I won't be taking anymore of these! They DO taste good, and if you let then sit in your mouth for bit to warm up, they're easier to chew (some people claimed they were too hard to chew). If they work for you, great! I wish I could take these, but I will leave them alone. Biotin seems to be ok, as I've been using another brand with just biotin, of gummies for hair, skin & nails... I've had no problems for the last year...until I started on these chews. Just look out for any changes after starting on these.
